Open on Sundays, very polite staff

I went a few times, every time negative experiences. The first time I was returning from a holiday, I had something under my foot (which in the end was nothing special) I was given an acid to put on without even worrying if it was the correct treatment or not, obviously this thing it burned my tissues and I then had real problems. Another time I bought paracetamol, almost attacked because I only had a full €50, passed it at least 20 times with almost the belief that they were necessarily fake, getting angry because I didn't have a smaller denomination and without even saying goodbye after the purchase! Incredible rudeness ALWAYS! If you can, I advise you to go to other pharmacies, where at least they are interested in you and not chasing you away, so as not to have any problems (there are many nearby)

My experience was very negative, the doctor who served me didn't waste 1 minute more in understanding my uncomfortable situation (I urgently needed an anxiolytic drug, but the prescription according to the doctor was no longer valid). In a very rude and rude manner he dismissed me by telling me that he couldn't do anything. When I went to another pharmacy, they explained to me that the prescription was absolutely still valid and they gave me the medicine I needed. It's not the first time I've found myself in a similar situation, it gives me the impression that the municipal pharmacy in question follows the rules in its own way, treating customers with superiority. Working in the public sector requires having a minimum of empathy, change jobs if this isn't yours.

Beautiful pharmacy inside the renovated entrance to Porta Nuova station, very convenient for those arriving in Turin or leaving. Very courteous and pleasant service.

Very expensive pharmacy: purchased Tachipirina 1000 and spent €8.30! Luckily it's a municipal pharmacy! "To never again"!
