The doctors were kind but the doctor was impossible because I went to Saturday with my husband's discharge paper with the treatment to be done but he didn't want to give me the drugs because I had to get the prescriptions from the doctor on call anyway. Impossible even though I said I was at work and on Monday I would have brought the GP's prescriptions if he didn't trust me. Now I understand why the pharmacy is always empty, he should be fired from the municipality also because other people have said negative reviews only about him.
Very friendly staff, the doctors are nice, polite and helpful, especially Doctor Giulia, who is very helpful in giving advice on the use of medicines.
One star because you can't rate less. I called the pharmacy as it had a night service and the pharmacist on the phone already haughtily replied that they were open otherwise no one would have answered the phone. Leaving aside this detail, the aforementioned said that he would issue medicines upon prescription or hospital discharge letters as they only dealt with emergencies. I would like to start by saying that my request did not require any prescription but the question is this: with what criteria do you, towards a person who is ill, claim the right to decide what is urgent and what is not? The concept of urgency is quite subjective. Maybe he was disturbed and had the "Zebedei in the carousel" to have to do night duty? One thing is for sure that I will no longer use you even if I were breathing my last breath, an excellent example of unprofessionalism.
Municipal pharmacy convenient for those who use the train and otherwise. Helpful and trained staff. Fair prices.
In the pharmaceutical sector, there is sometimes the belief that outside the big city, it is not possible to find an adequate level of competence. A valid example to refute this prejudice is represented by this pharmacy where the staff creates a welcoming environment, without aiming to sell drugs that would be ineffective, but proposing concrete solutions with great professionalism.
