Charging the additional supplement of €7.50 (at night) to a customer with a prescription issued by an emergency room is absurd. Luckily, not all pharmacies charge this surcharge. Take a leaf! At least the pharmacist on duty was kind...the only positive note.

Terrible experience and it's not the first time. Rude, rude and opinionated staff. I was asked to perform a swab, after having communicated that I had not performed rapid swabs, that I had no symptoms but still wanted to perform a swab, I was invited to contact my doctor who would forward a request for an appointment at the Hub. What a shame, I thought they had to offer a service and instead...

Friendly and highly trained staff. Always ready for every customer need, they know how to listen and provide the right solution. Very clean and well assorted place, for all genres. Polite and very patient, even with the most demanding customer. Always crowded, I rarely found it empty.

For the second time the vending machine outside the pharmacy did not dispense the product and did not leave me any type of receipt. Annoyed by what happened, I pointed out to the pharmacist what had happened and after carrying out her "check" she did not recognize the fact. Since there is an external camera, I suggested to the Pharmacist to check the video recording and she indignantly replied that she wouldn't do it. I remind the pharmacist on duty that there are also sincere and correct people, it was not pleasant to have been treated like a dishonest person.

Well served pharmacy, very kind and professional. Even before asking for a product, I was already advised to take it, therefore very professional and attentive. I recommend it
