The pharmacists were very kind and knew how to help and advise me. I highly recommend this pharmacy. I had had a bad morning but they managed to improve my mood.

Professionalism and seriousness even in this difficult moment. Friendly staff prepared for every situation. I took a swab and I must say that the doctor who performed it was helpful and delicate, something that doesn't happen very often in other pharmacies.

On duty but not on duty! Useless! They don't answer the phone (several calls on the number displayed in case of no answer on the intercom while I was outside waiting), they don't answer the intercom (rang several times even while I was trying to call). I even called the local police who obviously didn't come out and who told me to contact a consumer association. (Which I will do) Nice to pay taxes in Italy! Pharmacist ethics, vote 0 Civic sense of the pharmacist, rating 0 Ability to make fun of the citizen, score 10 Absolutely to avoid. I will inform both GDF and ASL With the hope that they will be recalled and sanctioned I would like to give 0 stars

The pharmacists at the counter are very friendly. Super organization for swabs. Nurse Tania is very good and very kind at doing them, especially for my little one. Professional like few others, truly.

They are true professionals, always very attentive, scrupulous and honest. During this difficult period they have been even more available and that's not for everyone...
