Pharmacy in the heart of Turin managed by highly trained, helpful and friendly pharmacists.

Mostly female pharmacists who have little familiarity with the public. They don't express trust, they are apathetic and they go out of their way to sell you the most expensive product without advice or a suggestion, simply handing you the product and telling you how much it costs. Furthermore, they don't know how to give change and they've made a mistake with me so many times that now I only pay with a debit card. The times they were wrong they didn't apologize and arrogantly pretended to be right, only after (eternal) checks did they confirm the mistake. I only go there out of necessity.

Prices higher than necessary. They gave me a nail polish remover for €15. Yes extra delicate solvent... So delicate that it doesn't even remove nail polish!

Higher than average prices and a fake points collection: no written rules and everyone has their own opinion. So the discount obtained of 10 euros after spending thousands suddenly expires. Not recommended. Luckily it's not the only one nearby

Kind and competent pharmacists and pharmacists. I have always received great advice. Furthermore, they demonstrate an enviable calm even with the most difficult customers, they are truly admirable!
