This morning we went to this pharmacy to do the COVID swab. My wife, who was pregnant one week before her due date, had to wait outside after having had the swab done like everyone else. After almost an hour they gave us the report without a health card because the latter was given to another person. This mix-up was made possible because when they go out to give the report (imagine that everyone approaches the pharmacist on duty and everyone sees the results of everyone's reports, privacy equal to 0) they call by name instead of surname. They reassured us that as soon as they had recovered the card they would call us but.....that wasn't the case because out of anxiety I specifically went to the pharmacy and to my amazement the card had already been brought back but no one had given us contacted. I am certainly grateful for having found the card but this will be the last time I will use it at this facility. I rate 1 star despite myself.
There is a lack of a polite approach towards customers, I have made purchases several times (very strategic position) but each time I felt unwelcome. Often item, medicine required an order with collection the next day. A year ago I had a Covid swab, in in this case the service was impeccable, the staff on the first floor were friendly. At the checkout the experience was unpleasant every time. We absolutely need to change our approach, starting with a courteous greeting from the customer who greets politely upon entering.
Past today at 7.55pm a woman ran from behind the counter screaming we are closing running towards the front door...I was astonished thank goodness there is a pharmacy in the hospital in Lodi...I'll go there...if one goes to the pharmacy because he needs it, he doesn't go to drink an aperitif...some people should stay at home and not come into contact with people...SHAME ON YOU
Very kind, well-stocked pharmacy. I got the fourth anti-COVID dose from them and I felt very good.
