Farmacia Comunale

I'm not from Genoa but I often come to this area. Whenever I have needed and entered this pharmacy, I have always found very competent and helpful staff. Furthermore, the pharmacy is small but well-stocked.

Some time ago I expressed a positive opinion on this pharmacy, both for the service offered and for the professionalism and availability of the staff (which unfortunately has changed). Today, but I could also say yesterday and the day before, this opinion is no longer tenable. Obviously the mere pharmacy service continues, it is the relationship with the staff that is different. Lack of empathy? Bored doing your usual job every day? Certainly you don't willingly enter this pharmacy and not because you are sick and need medicine. The most basic prerequisites of true cordial communication and a willingness to listen are missing. Certainly there is a solution: change pharmacy (or staff).

Small pharmacy but always well stocked and carefully displayed. The doctors are competent, professional and attentive to customer needs.

The SALESMAN who was there this afternoon July 30th is rude, impolite and inconsistent. I turn to the Owner, who I know and who I know is a very pleasant person, she will lose many customers with that Lady behind the counter. It's a pharmacy, you're already not particularly happy about having to go in... plus being treated like this... twice... is disheartening. As far as I'm concerned, I won't return until I find the Lady behind the counter. There are many qualified people who are out of work, seeing some people be so incompetent and rude makes me angry.

This Pharmacy has expired to ridiculous levels!!! ... . I have been registered in the database for at least 15 years and I have never been asked for a health card as I am registered.... Today, not being able to move, I send my wife to the pharmacy to collect a drug with a prescription on a smartphone received from my doctor via the region... but... according to Doctor Stefania my wife cannot collect my medicine without showing my health card due to Privacy... a very normal drug, not an opiate!!! .... SHAME !!!
