Very friendly! Helped us to get the right important medicine for our two year old son.
The pharmacist should take a good course in good manners, especially since those who go to this place don't go for pleasure. I think that a tourist far from home should at least be referred to a local doctor and not told to go to his GP 500 km away.
The director was really very rude and always late with the delivery of the drugs.
