COINCIDENCES. Instead of the first one, I went to the Municipal Pharmacy n.3 of Camaiore on the last day of the year, at a late hour. With that hint of embarrassment (and accentuated respect) that I always feel when I find myself in front of people who work while others are partying. The polished literary prose that I happened to read by chance, the one about the "young brunette pharmacist with long hair and a pale complexion hidden down behind the counter on her smartphone laughing about her business" seems to me very deserving of a good rating. scholastic as well as ungenerous in truth. I have never received different kind treatment from other customers, at the pharmacy they don't know who I am. Knowing the public service in Italy, when it happens (and unfortunately at Pharmacy number 3 it happens at least a couple of times a month), it comes naturally to me to observe while waiting for my turn: a feather in Camaiore's cap. I even thought about writing a note to the mayor. An entirely feminine kindness. I forgot. When women react with amusement to something, they don't "giggle": they smile. And if for New Year's Eve the "flowing hair and pale complexion" in the empty pharmacy had also allowed herself a bubbly phone call... Good evening, I go to this pharmacy on 01/01/24 at 7.30pm, and since it is New Year's Eve I check inside the facility to see if it is open, seeing that there is little light inside. Looking out from the side of the counter I notice that there is a young brunette pharmacist with long hair and a pale complexion hidden at the bottom behind the counter on her smartphone giggling about her business, noticing her hide and seek attitude I rang the bell to the automatic service thinking it was closed. She gets up, comes out and arrogantly indicates that the shop is open, alluding to the fact that it is idiotic not to notice the fact, it could also be that I am mentally impaired, but seeing her hidden with the phone in her hand and the dim nightclub-style lights I thought he only operated as a counter. However, given the rudeness and unprofessional attitude, I thanked and said goodbye, deciding to make the purchase elsewhere. I'm writing the review so those in charge of the staff know that sales are lost in this way thanks to these figures...

Pharmacy where you know when you enter but you don't know when you will leave... slow, interminable queues... (probable lack of staff or untrained staff) the staff sometimes seems not interested in the problems presented to them... (I have witnessed chats about things that are not inherent / stupid among pharmacists). the last 2 times I was there for more than 25 minutes in line...absurd..prices that sometimes increase inexplicably like enterogermina cost €9.90 the same package costs €14.90....per not to mention the rude ignorant people who park in front of the entrance...the Sigma supermarket car park is in total anarchy but it doesn't surprise me given that the level of rudeness in Camaiore is at the highest levels.....
