Lately they have been very arrogant and respond badly, especially when you are looking for a pharmacy on duty and they are not when they are reported as such on the internet, and they respond very badly when a person calls the pharmacy who certainly doesn't have to order a pizza but has a emergency to find a drug. Maybe the staff has changed because they used to be always friendly.
Only one star because you can't do less. Municipal pharmacy serving whom? I collected the container for the colon cancer prevention exam promoted by the Veneto region and I took it there on Monday but I was rejected because they only collect it on Tuesdays. I returned the following day on the pharmacist's recommendation, even though I was out of time, 24 hours after the exam, but I was rejected again because at 5 minutes past 12 I was 5 minutes late for the delivery. The instructions on the invitation sheet for the region say delivery from Monday to Wednesday during pharmacy opening hours, see list. Moral cancer prevention not done. Municipal pharmacy not recommended, zero elasticity and friendliness.
The staff often varies and perhaps some have had complaints, but I have always found kindness and professionalism. I believe the supply and stock policy is centrally planned, given that it is a municipal pharmacy, probably oriented towards avoiding waste. Excluding drugs, many products (e.g. supplements) are discounted by 10%: not bad!
Poorly stocked pharmacy! The products are never there and moreover the Doctor is incredibly disliked, I asked for a medicine for my stomach as usual, he saw that I was sick but he didn't give in... he asked me for the prescription even though I have been taking it as a cure for a long time. .recipe on the phone ...he didn't give me the medicine, a reflux repairman, not an antibiotic! Every time you come in he looks annoyed! Obnoxious doctor! Poor pharmacy!
Professionally qualified and customer-focused staff. Available for clarifications and clarifications on drugs and over-the-counter products, when requested. Well-stocked pharmacy. Limited opening hours.
