Typical pharmacy in the city center, often very crowded but with one great advantage: there are no difficulties in finding parking! A few steps away, on the opposite side of the road, there is absolutely no shortage of parking! My personal experience was average.. however, absolutely nothing negative.

Good morning, I'm a doctor, I occasionally go to the Ames Ambasciatori pharmacy in via Torino, sometimes I've found the queue and while waiting I've witnessed scenes of users with absurd and clearly illegal claims, and consequent anger at not having been satisfied! I congratulate all the staff who, for the good of the users, respect the rules and the law on the distribution of medicines! Unfortunately, in order not to give up on sales, many pharmacies distribute prescription drugs, without the prescription itself, according to users who, complaining at the counter about the non-dispensing of a drug without a medical prescription, always repeat the same MANTRA: "in the other pharmacies give it to me even without a prescription!" then I wonder if these people are able to understand that the SERIOUS Pharmacist, who works according to Science and Conscience and who respects the Law and above all who safeguards the user's health, is the one who demands the medical prescription and not the one who distributes medicines favoring profit prescription-free without prescription! There is then a distinction to be made between a regular and known customer to whom the Pharmacist can advance a drug that the patient usually takes, from the regular customer of OTHER pharmacy who during the holiday period goes to a pharmacy where he is not known, obviously the Pharmacists who DO NOT know the patient CANNOT treat him as a known (from a therapeutic point of view) and habitual customer by refusing to provide the drug (life-saving obviously excluded). Many reviews are written "from the gut" with the anger of those who didn't get what they wanted even if their claim was clearly OUT OF THE LAW. My compliments to the Ambasciatori Pharmacy and to all the municipal pharmacies managed by AMES which always demonstrate, and sometimes even to the detriment of negative reviews, a professionalism not conditioned by factors that do not consider the health of the users first and foremost!

It is not my trusted pharmacy (which is certainly something else entirely) and in fact they were not very kind in receiving a request, albeit by telephone, to order a medicine to be delivered the following day from the hospital pharmacy.

I wouldn't even give one star, unfortunately it's not possible. Terrible experience, pharmacy not recommended. Bought by mistake (my fault) a laxative in tablets costing 10 euros, returned a few hours later to change the product, they didn't change it for me with the excuse that the drugs cannot be changed. I changed pharmacy, I bought the package I needed for 25 euros and I asked for information regarding the issue of changing medicines, the answer was that only medicines from the fridge cannot be changed. If after a few hours one comes back with the intact box and receipt there are no problems. For me they can even close
