Farmacia Comunale Bertella

Slow or very slow. Often uncertain. No empathy. You can see that they have a guaranteed salary. If you are there in the pharmacy it is not for fun but by doing so you aggravate your sentence. Just right for aspirin. But I want to update my opinion. They probably have organizational problems but they are not evil. They help you. I add two stars.

After contacting the place by phone, they answer without introducing themselves. The lady on the phone seemed quite arrogant and grumpy, I would add that she perhaps had little desire to deal with me given my "rudeness" (not having introduced myself once called). First and last time I contact, enter, or deal with this pharmacy.

Very few words indeed. Competence, Professionalism and Availability. Not a but THE absolute point of reference for me and my family. Thank you Dr. Irene.

I feel good and the staff are friendly but if I have to be honest they are quite slow and it's easy to wait in line for up to 20 minutes.

Abandon all hope, you who enter! I suggest the clerks get some coffee!
