You have to be lucky to find one of the competent employees. Generally incompetent people can't advise you. The pharmacy most of the time lacks drugs. If you call to avoid empty trips they never answer. Terrible service.
This morning I went to the opening of the pharmacy, inside there was a gentleman with a hat and glasses without a coat but who was part of the pharmacy because he was wandering around behind the counter and on the computer talking to the other staff, he was calmly without a mask , so now I mean we get a lot of brainwashing between the news and talk shows and the web, then in a place like the pharmacy you see these absurd things. What a disappointment and also anger.
The staff is always very helpful and competent. I always find an answer to what I'm looking for and to advice. The pharmacy is very busy, so more staff would be needed
Welcoming pharmacy, helpful, qualified and very kind staff to solve any problem. Excellent and fast swab service. I highly recommend it.
It often happens that you have to queue to be served but the times I have gone there I have always found competent people.
