One star because you can't give zero. Incompetent staff. I went to the store with a request for a urine culture and asked for a suitable bottle. I was sold one which, upon delivery to the hospital this morning, was refused because it had no longer been suitable for many years. They gave me a suitable sample (for free) and I will have to return to retake the exam, resulting in a work permit request and a waste of time. In the now 2024 it is absurd that a pharmacy is not informed of a procedure that has been in place for many years. All they need to do is sell, that's all that matters. Personally, I will never return to this pharmacy again even though it was convenient for me because it was on my way home/work.
With an EMPTY pharmacy I get the answer that they can't do the swab. Identical situation at the Capannori center...👇👇👇🤬🤦
