Too much turnover with always different pharmacists who don't know where the products are. Slow and more than once I was given products with an expiry date of 3/4 months

Fantastic service: the pharmacy is on duty, you call saying you feel sick and absolutely need a painkiller because you can't even sleep a wink and the answer: go to the pharmacy in the center of Bologna. Hahahah but then what turn is it? You could tell from a mile away that he didn't want to come and open the door but I don't think he'd refuse to take his salary hahahaha really embarrassing! What do you care about the €7 of the call, with or without that your salary apparently doesn't change! In my next life I want to 'work' like this too :) unfortunately it has happened to me many times to go to night shift pharmacies and this is the first time I have been told to go to another shift pharmacy exactly like that one that I was calling

Sad experience. I went to buy a food supplement promoted on the flyer. One of the pharmacists forced all customers to repeat things a thousand times, extending the waiting times already burdened by the Covid period. Furthermore, he was rude and annoyed even when customers approached him kindly. I waited twenty minutes in vain and then left exasperated. Given the period, it is understandable that waiting times are longer and that there are queues, but with a pharmacy literally across the street and the possibility of purchasing online, the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff can really make the difference.
