One of the pharmacists was rude to me. My doctor gave me a digital prescription, she refused to give me the medicine saying she would only accept paper prescription. Maybe he's right, but he treated me coldly and in a reproachful tone. Terrible customer service.

Largest pharmacy in Campi Bisenzio and it couldn't be otherwise given that it is municipal and in the capital. Fairly well stocked. Too bad there's often a queue. Due to its central role in Campi it should always be open; it is not possible that on holidays or during the night the citizen has to go hunting for an open pharmacy that is perhaps easily reachable; What about those who don't have a car or have difficulty getting around? So it's better to be on the safe side: in my case I give priority to the nearby municipalities (Prato and Calenzano) or the Sant'Angelo pharmacy.

I would like to publicly thank the doctors of the pharmacy who made it possible to find the medicine I need for my pathology, which unfortunately, for two years, has been almost unrepeatable!... Thank you.... for two months you have made my life easier!!!
