If I find myself in these parts again, I will happily return to purchase at the Central Municipal Pharmacy. All of you do it too, the welcome you find is definitely worth it.

Negative experience. The sales assistant was available but not attentive to my requests, I asked for a cream for dry skin and ok I was given a moisturizing cream, but I had specified that I didn't want a normal moisturizing cream but one that had a strong effect and almost left the skin greasy. She continued to recommend a cream even though I asked her for one for more mature skin... I trusted her. Needless to say, I wasted €65 and the cream I was given did not in any way reflect my requests. Same thing for micellar cleansing water. I gave an example of a product, they didn't have it, he recommended another one which he said was similar, two opposite things. The person who assisted me in the sale was unpleasant and not very polite, in an annoyed and polemical tone he stated that "the products are tested and if I have skin problems I shouldn't start using new products". Leaving aside the lack of education, I would like to underline that before "launching myself" I spent 20 minutes in the shop asking for the specifications of each product and underlining my problems, and it is no coincidence that I went to the pharmacy, and I explicitly said that I was not convinced me to buy them and she intervened, guaranteeing me that they would reflect my needs. Furthermore, the make-up remover I had initially requested would only take 24 hours to arrive in the shop, information not communicated at the beginning, in fact, it seemed like it would take a week. I had the impression that having seen a young girl they took the opportunity to sell products that were not particularly requested by their consumers, and when I returned they treated me like the "smart one on duty", even asking me for the samples back as if I had wanted keep them.
