Cognola pharmacy ok who are municipal employees but honestly apart from 1 pharmacist who is courteous most of the time the colleague is very pedantic and poorly predisposed. I go there because it's convenient close to home but comparing for example the pharmacy in Rocafort or even other municipal ones there is no comparison. Maybe a little more humanity would be useful...
Kind and helpful, I asked by phone for the availability of a drug and they were willing to order it and make it available to me without having to physically present myself. Excellent service!
I got a deodorant for a problem that arose. The lady recommended one to me, not telling me that it needed to be applied once and the result was a "beautiful" irritation that I had to treat with bepanthenol, thermal water and gentalyn beta.
Above all rude and almost always angry. If you have even the slightest problem they abandon you so as not to waste time. This is not the function of a pharmacy.
Very well stocked with both pharmacy and parapharmacy products with efficient, professional and competent staff.
