I had placed an order this morning for home delivery in the morning and due to problems with the courier, we were notified of a delay in delivery. However, having not received the package at the new established time, after contacting the pharmacy they were very kind and thoughtful in helping to solve the problem (they had already prepared the order in the morning, it was a courier problem). The home delivery arrived within 20 minutes. Sometimes misunderstandings can happen, but it's the way you help the customer that makes the difference. Thank you.

Too much queue every time especially during CUP times which should have a separate person. Furthermore, it is not the first time that at Lloyds I have paid higher prices than those written on the drug itself (it does not say the RECOMMENDED price). I don't find it correct.

Excellent pharmacy, small but well stocked. The human relationship between Doctor Pharmacist and user still exists, clearly "particular"! If there is a missing medicine they procure it quickly. The pharmacist doctors are very kind and competent, even with advice on treatments and pathologies! I am anxious, they manage to reassure me about the therapy(s) with professionalism and human sensitivity. The only flaw is the slowness of the CUP system, but it is clearly not a disservice due to Loro. Well-stocked pharmacy also with over-the-counter products. All of excellent quality (creams, tanning products, etc.) with a fair quality-price ratio! Sometimes before going, I check by phone if what I need is available, otherwise they put it in order immediately. I save time and don't "shoe" in vain. An important detail is the continuous opening hours even on Saturdays. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!
