Farmacia Comunale del Torrione

My opinion applies ONLY to ALL staff, since the products are ordered. Well, I've been using this pharmacy for a couple of months, and there was only one member of the entire staff who is polite or at least says hello when, upon entering, I ALWAYS say good morning. Rudeness and dislike are the order of the day, I will never go again and I absolutely advise against going with many other places where at least they say hello...

The last times I entered this pharmacy I found a lady with white hair, never seen before, with absurd rudeness and rudeness! The pharmacy was empty, and there was only this lady who was talking to a customer and went on in a thousand conversations after having served her, not caring about me who was waiting. Another colleague went around the pharmacy arranging products without even asking what I needed. All this for several minutes. When my turn finally came, instead of apologizing he treated me with disdain, he didn't give me a normal product that I always got from them saying that I needed the recipe (which they had never asked me for) and he didn't even say hello to me. I don't know how they make some people work!! To never again!!

I was assisted by a very rude and xenophobic white-haired lady. I tell her I'm not Italian and from the first moment I greeted her she treated me with contempt for not speaking Italian correctly. I requested several drugs, helping me with the help of photos, but the lady was showing me another product which in reality was totally different from the one I was asking for, pretending not to understand what I needed. The lady began to raise her voice and removed the products from the counter, leaving room for the next customer. Very very bad. I feel sorry for the rest of the workers who have always been very respectful and kind, but there is no right to be treated like that when I believe I have always been very polite and respectful.

I have always gone to this pharmacy without problems, for a period of time both my wife and I have had various problems, it is a constant call to the doctor who prescribes the prescriptions, going to other pharmacies with the same prescriptions we have not had any problems. At the moment I prefer to go elsewhere even to a non-municipal pharmacy even if I pay more, I'm so sorry because I live nearby and I have to go further away. I hope the service of this pharmacy improves.

Call to ask if they carry out swabs for the green pass. They rudely say no and hang up. But where do they think they are?
