Since the pharmacists changed, the service is terrible. They are unfriendly, rude, and also unprepared: the doctor had prescribed me a drug that according to the pharmacist was unobtainable because it was out of production and he told me that I would have to go to my doctor again to have it replaced. Before doing so, I went to another pharmacy not far from them, where with great availability and kindness they looked for it and procured it for me that same day.
When you see a mother in difficulty with her child who is throwing a tantrum at that moment, you don't stand still and observe with an annoyed face... The lady was forced to leave without completing the purchase .. and I did the same. All it took was for the employee to simply say "don't worry" but instead she stared blankly as if to say "what a nuisance". Never again in this pharmacy... 4 steps away there is another one that is better stocked and has "humane" employees.
