I went today for a purchase related to my medical activity. As usual, unfortunately they couldn't find my name for the invoice even though it had been registered for years. The lady serving me, after several attempts, asks for help from her blonde colleague, who after a few minutes of waiting, in a very kind and nice way informs me that she has found my card on the computer. After which the lady from before returns, but at that point she couldn't find my SDI. Therefore, having seen her again in difficulty and risking a delay with my patient, I kindly and very delicately ask her if she could try to ask her colleague for help, explaining to her that I risked a delay in my interventions; but at that point she, very annoyed, responds in a grumpy and almost mocking way. Really absurd!
