I have been using this pharmacy for several years, to date I can say that I have always felt comfortable even when I needed some advice.
Usually I have always found myself very well... Courteous and helpful staff (I remember all very kind blonde pharmacists) Today I came across a pharmacist I've never seen before, a brunette.... I ask to buy medicines for the company cabinet and after requesting the invoice, she replies in an annoyed manner that they only issue the invoice for a minimum purchase of 75 euros ,00...are we kidding??? And despite my disappointment, he doesn't bother in the slightest to find a solution but motions to the customer behind me to come closer and serve him... never again... I went to another pharmacy and within 2 minutes they had me invoice issued!!! No comment
Purchased several times, each time the price is different. The price is decided by whoever is at the cash register. Unprepared staff who give wrong information
Most of the staff were rude, in particular the young girl with long black hair who twice did not allow me to collect a medicine that had been booked and had a prescription from a specialist doctor directly issued by the hospital. He made me miss a visit which caused me quite a few problems. The reason?! I do not know! The only thing that comes to mind is IGNORANCE, RUDENESS, PRESUMPTION and TOTAL LACK OF EMPATHY towards the customer. It's a shame for other colleagues who are more courteous and helpful, I WILL NEVER BUY EVEN A PATCH FROM THERE AGAIN, I hope that they realize the inadequacy of the person I spoke about and that they take serious measures otherwise the business will certainly not be able to benefit. DISAPPOINTMENT.
