A pharmacy with staff like this: kind, knowledgeable, helpful, nice, empathetic (because they are all women) and I could go on further. You don't find pharmacists like this everywhere. Let's not forget Claudio, who went on to enrich a town in the Bergamo area with his humanity, preparation and all the qualities indicated above. Six stars!

Town pharmacy (Pozzo d'Adda), beautiful and bright. Few counters and courteous but slow staff, which in the Covid period with only 2 entrances at a time negatively affects the service. NB. They refuse to rent medical devices like crutches they say due to covid 😳 but they were ready to order me new ones for the following day. The fact is that since it was the only pharmacy in the town I had to take the car and go to the nearby town where all the pharmacies (and I mean ALL) rent crutches and other things (they looked at me in amazement when I told this). I'm sorry but my vote reflects this unpleasant episode dating back to last week. I believe it is a policy decided arbitrarily by the manager on site.

Pharmacy with very friendly staff. Even though I'm not from this country, I often go there on purpose because I know for sure that whatever suggestions or advice I ask for are very kind, courteous and thorough, I highly recommend it.

Absurd to charge 7.50 euros for a night supplement even though I had a prescription from the emergency medical service!
