I submitted a prescription with products prescribed by a neurologist requesting one of the indicated products. The pharmacist, who I saw as doubtful when I asked if the ointment in question was chili pepper for the sciatic nerve, nevertheless confirmed that it was that. Unfortunately, the same pharmaceutical line makes other products including moisturizing creams... now, having opened the tube to use it and seeing that it wasn't orange like the neurologist's test tube, I called the pharmacy to explain the misunderstanding. I haven't solved anything... the pharmacist says that the doctor misspelled saying "ointment" which doesn't exist with that pharmaceutical company, furthermore I'm at fault because I opened the tube... trusting. Now if I want to give a cream to my sciatica I have to go back to a pharmacy... but I have to make a consideration that I hope the pharmacist reads: but if it was a prescription written by a neurologist, a doubt about the type of cream or ointment would not does someone who administers drugs have to come? Let's say she's young and I don't want to hurt her
