I always try to find the best in everything or at least justify it, so as not to have to give low scores and penalize the structure or whatever it is but, this time it's not possible! I would like to point out that I used this pharmacy not for medicines but for the "quick swab" service necessary for the visit to the Valley of the Temples. Why such a low score? Well then I'll explain: I went to the pharmacy around 12.00 to book the swab for the afternoon (9 people before me). Once we got there the problems began, total disorganization from the staff who volunteered to take swabs, the schedule of those booked was not respected so you can imagine the confusion but this is still nothing! The thing that destabilized everyone present was the Modus Operandi of the person in charge of the swabs. First the swabs for the various booked groups and then when it was time to report, he went out asking for the documents and the question arises spontaneously: and now do you know who the various swabs belong to? And then how he performed the test: I saw a test repeated 3 times on an adult and oh well it can happen, but seeing the swab being pushed with little delicacy into the nose and everyone backing away and complaining about the pain (and I don't like swabs I did quite a few) that was the straw that broke the camel's back! At that point we decided to go directly to the Valley of the Temples where an area was set up to carry out the quick, quick and painless swab (as it should be).
