The price of the swab was not clearly indicated, 15 or 8 Euros, but for non-residents 22 Euros, obviously not indicated anywhere and not communicated in advance: worse than those low-class Roman restaurants that present foreigners with the menu at prices increased... because even those types of places communicate the prices in advance. We would have to report them for fraud and I will certainly do so if I have problems in the destination country or upon departure. I already knew their bad reputation (in the past you would come in to ask for product "X" and they would do everything they could to sell you a replacement with the false promise that it was even better) but since the staff had changed I thought that the approach had also changed... and it has changed, but for the worse. I can't believe that they suffer a lot from the competition of the neighboring pharmacies which, MEA CULPA, I didn't turn to so as not to travel a few more kilometers as I was in a bit of a hurry to prepare for the trip.
