Rude, incompetent and above all VERY DISHONEST staff: suffice it to say that with the negative swab I did not receive the Green Pass (48 hours) 24 hours before the trip and they did not warn me beforehand that they could not do so despite explicit and repeated requests. The price of the swab was not clearly indicated, 15 or 8 Euros, but for non-residents 22 Euros, obviously not indicated anywhere and not communicated in advance: worse than those low-class Roman restaurants that present foreigners with the menu at prices increased... because even those types of places communicate the prices in advance. We would have to report them for fraud and I will certainly do so if I have problems in the destination country or upon departure. I already knew their bad reputation (in the past you would come in to ask for product "X" and they would do everything they could to sell you a replacement with the false promise that it was even better) but since the staff had changed I thought that the approach had also changed... and it has changed, but for the worse. I can't believe that they suffer a lot from the competition of the neighboring pharmacies which, MEA CULPA, I didn't turn to so as not to travel a few more kilometers as I was in a bit of a hurry to prepare for the trip. In short: NEVER AGAIN AND FROM MY EXPERIENCE I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!! Update following response received. 1) Italian legislation says that anyone with a negative swab has the right to be issued a green pass. I, unlike residents who did it before and after me, did not get it from you, so it is YOU WHO IGNORE ITALIAN LAW. 2) In any case, assuming that you were not responsible for issuing the Green Pass, this was not communicated to me in advance. So YOU HAVE BEEN DISHONEST. 3) Furthermore, you were not even able to tell me WHO, and above all HOW, was responsible for issuing the Green Pass, a method that I had to discover on my own, through blind attempts half an hour before my flight at the airport (which made you saved from denunciation). SO YOU ARE INCOMPETENT. 4) Regarding the price, the pharmacy in Nereto, a non-resident, not registered with the Italian SSN, etc., etc., etc., charged me 13 Euros just yesterday (11 October 2021). So either the Region makes residents pay more than non-residents (and I wouldn't be surprised by how things are going in Italy), OR YOU ALSO TELL LIES. 5) And in any case it wasn't the price that mattered to me (in fact, you yourself, Doctor, noticed that at the moment I laughed under my breath, taking it philosophically and without any controversy), but the correctness of communicating it in advance or writing it down, as is done for every product or service that you did not have. SO YOU HAVE BEEN INCORRECT. 6) Do we want to continue?? You told me that the result of the swab was sufficient to "even" enter England and the United States, demonstrating that you didn't even know that the Green Pass, being a European Union thing, does not apply to England and the United States which do not they are part of it. SO YOU ARE ALSO UNINFORMED AND ARROGANT. And do you even have the nerve to answer? Have mercy on yourselves and keep yourself in religious silence.

The pharmacist is friendly and competent, but the supplement I usually take isn't there and you have to order it
