Farmacia Comunale Gaeta

The location is just perfect for a quick stop before reaching home. Well furnished and carries also cosmetic and facial detergents. They offer free cholesterol checkup as well as food intolerance exams. The staff are not so nice and pleasant. Ive witnessed instances where clients got very furious over the pharmacists for their negligence. They tend not to be accurate and i dont see any trace of remorse on their part having committed the error themselves while the client suffers the consequences. Little did i know that the same situation would happen to me soon after that instance. I ordered two products to which the pharmacist promised the availability of it on a fixed date...comes that date only to discover that one product hasn't been ordered by them..i was promised to come back in the afternoon and so i came, yet the product was not available yet. Anyway, this pharmacy has a serious problem. Not generalizing the quality of performance of all the pharmacists, for sure two of them arent doing their job right. It's totally lack of consideration to the clients. It's pathetic i had to drive all the way from Formia just to get this product only to realize that my travel was futile. Additionally, most pharmacists are basically slow when tending the clients as if they don't care how long the clients have to wait or how long is the queue....🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

This pharmacy is located at the entrance to Gaeta, on the Naples side and is easy to find because it is right along the road. The staff is very friendly and competent. I always found every medication I needed. There are also non-pharmacy products such as crisps for small children, sweets, wet wipes that can always come in handy

Rude, rude, arrogant, unprofessional staff

Unpleasant, unprofessional staff. 0 ability to put customers at ease especially in unpleasant news such as a "positive" result, a result which they gave after 2 minutes. Really bad

Convenient for me because it is close to home but the staff is not very empathetic towards the customer, arrogant and not very courteous. It's a shame that they are also inflexible and, above all, what's even more serious, they don't even recognize regular customers.
