Incompetent staff, as others have previously written. Continuing to want to prove that they are right when evidently they were not clear, given that I am not a pharmacist and I cannot know how their job is done!!
I have been going to this pharmacy for at least 2 years, I have always felt good, the doctors have always given me good advice, with medicines that have always made everything go away quickly. I'm sorry to have read negative comments, covid has made people very nervous. I think it is better to valorise their skill and their competence than to complain about the cost of a swab..
The new facility is truly beautiful. Staff always very friendly and professional. Always well-stocked pharmacy!

I won't go into professionalism as I limited myself with my girlfriend to carrying out a swab. I ask the question about the cost, not of the swab carried out by the pharmacist, but of the one purchased which can be carried out privately. The cost of €15 per swab, the same as that managed in the pharmacy, is absolutely out of place given the average prices in circulation. This is double the price for the same "do it yourself" swab found in other places. Incorrect price!
