Review a pharmacy? I would never have thought of it....but this morning a young, highly trained and courteous doctor followed me and advised me impeccably! Every product requested was available... so congratulations on the service, professionalism and stock management.

I went to buy the preparation for the colonoscopy: the price of €17 is shown on the package, it asks me €18.82. I give you €20.02, you give me 2 cents in change. I tell her that I gave her €20, she replies that she gave me the right change. €1.18 missing...he slams €1 on the counter, mumbling. Mathematics is the same all over the world and with euros we should have gotten used to it

Too bad I can't give zero stars. DISORGANIZATION and no attention and precaution for covid distances. Appointments made from 9:00am today started taking swabs at 9:30am. 25 minute wait between one result and another. the girl in charge of the reports, as well as not being very courteous, was slow in registering and between one result and another she stopped to speak and support the payment clerk who didn't even know how to make a payment with the credit card from the telephone (payment in operation for years now). all of this is shameful to say the least! disorganized queues, gatherings, and instead of immediately sending the positives away they were there to deliver the swabs in order of arrival. to manage the number of people there it was enough to first organize the "who does what"!!!!!!!!!!

DON'T GO FOR SWABS! It happened to me twice with an appointment that it took me two and a half hours to get the swab done. No type of communication, with vouchers, booked and unbooked without distinction, and then... the icing on the cake... they don't give you the report but the green pass, totally useless for the children's return to school. The green pass can be downloaded from various sites, while the report is not uploaded anywhere. Result: 15 euros and not even a shred of report in hand. Terrible! If you don't know how to do things, it's best not to do them. Too bad I can't give zero stars.
