I don't give 0 stars because they are not available. I went to the pharmacy to buy a very simple pack of Tachipirina 500 and I had to wait 25 minutes. As if that wasn't enough, the doctor, after ignoring me for several minutes, responded in a highly rude and unprofessional manner. I strongly advise against this pharmacy.

I used the machine outside the pharmacy by inserting 10 euros. The product was not dispensed. I went in to ask for an explanation and was told that the system had not detected the movement of money. I asked to check and was told that a procedure was required to open the machine. I returned today after 3 days and I still haven't received my money back, questioning whether I had inserted it. This is the treatment of a regular customer who spent a lot of money in that pharmacy. The word of a computer is worth more than that of a respectable person. I will never go to that pharmacy again.
