Rude staff, especially a beautiful, curly-haired blonde lady who is extremely rude and in my opinion is really angry with the world. For the rest, a nice, well-stocked pharmacy compared to others.

I swabbed my child last night and he categorically refused. With the staff's great availability and a lot of patience, she managed to take only the throat. I was called later because the sample taken was sufficient to report a small line of positivity. I was a little uncertain, after less than 3 hours I was a child with a fever and a sore throat. Congratulations for your correctness, availability and enormous patience. Very good👍🏻

I gave three stars to the pharmacy in the "Le fornaci" commercial complex in Marsciano for two reasons. The pharmacy is of the latest generation, drugs dispensed from the warehouses to the customer stations via a very recent mechanism of "calling" the drug by the pharmacist. So no drugs in sight or within reach of potential customers. In the displays of the very spacious gallery of the pharmacy, nothing is missing... from simple nail polishes to nail polishes with medicines, from simple neutral soaps to personal cleansers for skin or pathologies that must be treated with the right attention. Everything would seem perfect. And it would be incorrect not to highlight that the "Le fornaci" pharmacy offers its service every day on paper at least... Sundays and holidays. But sometimes, very few times, he decides to close and those who go without fail find an unpleasant surprise. So I suggest always calling, especially for important needs that require the security of safe assistance. It's always better to confirm than to assume in life... right? The painful notes come if you examine the staff who work in the pharmacy... pedantic, perpetually disturbed by the weight of existence, completely incapable of having a civil and constructive verbal exchange with customers and physiologically unable to smile... because the smile presupposes a small base of sympathy. Here you are. The only thing you will look for in vain in the "Le fornaci" pharmacy is friendliness. And unfortunately we all know that nothing can be done, for shortcomings of this magnitude....
