Nothing to say about professionalism but about return policies (not drugs, of course). I purchased a perfumed body oil at 12.20pm, after trying the fragrance with the help of the pharmacist. At 12.40 I realize that the fragrance on my skin has disappeared while another (same product, same brand) that I had tried had left a pleasant smell; so I head to the pharmacy kindly asking to be able to change the fragrance, I didn't open or touch the bottle, it remained in its bag the entire time and it wasn't exposed to the sun or heat. Once at the pharmacy they told me they couldn't change the product, they were very inflexible, attributing the issue to directions received from above (I won't say anything about this either). The thing that makes me give one star is that no one bothered to warn me about this policy or to post a notice with this rule... now I have a product that could have been changed safely that doesn't satisfy me. On other occasions they have been very inflexible on other policies (I understand the sensitivity of the goods you are dealing with) not leaving me satisfied in the purchase of drugs/other goods. Sorry, you lost a customer.

Excellent pharmacy always well stocked and helpful and friendly staff!

Small pharmacy found via Google maps for a small medical emergency. Staff not very helpful with people from outside. At least that's what it seemed to me. Many creams but little patience with those who just want advice before buying. I solved the problem but with a little effort.
