Farmacia Comunale "martorano"

Excellent location, wide choice of supplements and body products, very friendly and helpful staff.

It is the pharmacy in my town, very convenient due to its proximity. I've been going to her for two years. It's a shame that the girls aren't exactly kind, actually a little "cold". Being from the environment, I realize that it is not their appropriate profession. Customers must be served and "pampered", given that they come looking for help for their health. Another thing I want to highlight is that they are lacking in managing their own safety and that of others (hand hygiene between one service and another). I will travel a few more kilometers but I prefer to go to another competing pharmacy.

It is the closest pharmacy to where I live and which has been a point of reference for me and my mother for four years, but I really think I will avoid going back there, even if it means traveling further. Staff not at all helpful towards customers, of any age or condition. I asked to be able to book exams for which I had not been able to print the prescription, but I was told that without printing they would not be able to make the booking. In another pharmacy they made a reservation for me without problems. It's not the first time something like this has happened (the list would be long), but I really think it will be the last for me. It's true that places are made up of people. Furthermore, I found large price differences between this pharmacy and the others on identical items, and I'm not talking about cosmetics but about healthcare products. How much do we want to gain on people's health?

My neighborhood pharmacy, I've been going there for 18 years. Qualified, courteous and extremely professional staff, in particular Giada and Valentina. Very well stocked and quick in ordering a medicine that is temporarily not available. There is a rich choice of non-pharmaceutical products, including for personal care. I absolutely recommend it.

Very kind and very professional staff, clean and welcoming rooms, distancing and sanitization rules are well managed, good choice in the cosmetics and personal care department. Even though I don't live in Martorano I happen to go shopping in this pharmacy precisely because of the quality of the service.
