Trained and very kind staff. I have been going to this pharmacy for 5 years and have always had a good experience
Extremely unprepared and rude pharmacists: I asked to purchase an aerosol therapy device with the benefits of 104 for the disabled, they knew nothing. After queuing for half an hour just to ask for information. Then I order a reflux medicine for adults and they send me the one for newborns even though I think you can see from my face that I'm not a child. Certain pharmacists need to be educated on pharmaceutical legislation otherwise they are more ignorant than a shoe shop assistant (with all due respect to shop assistants who are more knowledgeable and educated). Shameful..
Few medicines and many to book, few staff and always the queue, those in a hurry have to go elsewhere, they don't do Spid except by appointment and only the last part with the epic already ready, but how can an elderly person do this if you don't it helps?

Friendly and helpful staff in the pharmacy. The home delivery service is also excellent.
