As visitors from Ireland we were helped by a very obliging and courteous gentleman who helped in all our needs today.

I had the pleasure of meeting the doctors on the occasion of the day dedicated to hearing prevention that I recently held with them and, I must say, I was pleasantly struck by their availability, kindness and friendliness. Good morning, all the doctors at this pharmacy are extremely kind and patient with customers. When I have to do COVID swabs they are delicate and attentive but only a short and thin brunette doctor is really heavy with her hand and extremely slow. More than 20 minutes to wait for the negative result and, when I returned home after the swab, my nose was bleeding. Surely when I see it in the pharmacy I will be forced to go somewhere else. Unfortunately it is not easy to understand what really happened. Thanks for the clarifications. The case: Today my mother came home saying that she had to go to the CUP because they spoke softly at the pharmacy. He is an 86 year old person with hearing problems, certainly the elderly are a problem, but in a municipal pharmacy we thought there was special attention! At CUP they solved her problem, because they obviously have more patience!

I feel very comfortable in this pharmacy because the staff is professional and always very kind.
