Terrible behavior!! I purchased a drug today and after only 2 hours I returned to the pharmacy saying that I purchased it by mistake. They refused to give me my money back or give me a voucher for a future purchase. They forced me to buy another product. It doesn't seem normal to me given that the product was intact. And it also seems unworthy to me that they forced me to buy a product that I don't need at the moment, for which among other things they gave me €1 in change. Not the good but the rest yes! Ridiculous.

Be careful when returning purchases. They change them within 24-48 hours and that's it. They told me this later, when I could no longer change a simple over-the-counter medicine that can also be found elsewhere. The excuse was that they have to ensure that the drugs are kept within 28 degrees. It's a shame that reading everywhere on the drug and in the leaflet there is no trace of this rule. I also sent a certified email to the management but never received a response. Obviously it's not the cost but the behavior which in my opinion is unprofessional.

Of all the pharmacies in the municipality of San Miniato, this is certainly the largest (but for a pharmacy it counts the right amount); but it is certainly the easiest to reach and to park the car. Furthermore, with the staff, it is the one where I was most satisfied with the reaction times and ability to solve problems
