Poorly stocked pharmacy and quite professional staff, but decidedly slow. They have almost nothing and if you place an order it never arrives on time. Maybe it's time to change the wholesaler or the male staff on site. Not recommended.
New municipal pharmacy, in reality it is a transfer, in fact the municipal pharmacy in Piazza Risorgimento has closed and moved to a commercial context that is developing well, only a few years ago the area was occupied by a ruin of an abandoned building nicknamed the Palazzaccio. Really beautiful and easy to get to.
Negative!! In addition to long queues, slow staff, they hit rock bottom this evening. They make me pay for a medicine that is more expensive than the price indicated on the packaging. I ask for the reason and they reply that there have been increases and they have not changed the prices. Total to be paid €37.97, I pay with the debit card and upon their decision they round me up and charge €38.00. If you do this with all customers!!! But what are the ways??!! Absurd! NEVER AGAIN IN THIS PHARMACY
Fairly well-stocked place but I asked for information on some products and the older gentleman, I think he is the owner, didn't even understand what we were talking about and what's more he responded in a very unpleasant way. Experience not to be repeated.
