In this pharmacy, since the pharmacists changed, it is no longer the same. Every time you go there is always some problem. I especially noticed rudeness, mainly in one in particular. You don't need to just have a white coat to be a doctor and feel superior, if they haven't explained it to you, sometimes a bit of kindness is also needed, as well as sympathy. !!
I am writing this review after more than one negative experience at this pharmacy. The two young pharmacists are really extremely strict in delivering the drugs even if it is explained that, in the case of products already used, they have already been taken on medical prescription. I can understand the "scrupulousness" of pharmacists, but the arrogance and arrogance with which they address customers is absolutely not. This morning, in yet another discussion about whether or not an over-the-counter drug has already been taken, the pharmacist reiterated in an unpleasant, piqued and rude manner that she knows what she is doing because she has a degree. Finally he concluded by telling me that if I always find difficulties with them I can always go to another pharmacy. Now, this pharmacy is municipal and probably pays little attention to turnover, but perhaps it would be appropriate to provide (in addition to the degree in CTF) a basic course in management of relations with the public. From now on I will certainly turn to the other two pharmacies in the town.

I went to this pharmacy for years when I lived in Cerchiate and I always found it very good. Today I found myself faced with embarrassing rudeness; I don't know if it's a replacement. The pharmacy closes at 1.00pm, I arrived at 12.52pm and the clerk looked at me annoyed. Aside from her rudeness and incompetence in serving me, while she was giving me the bill, at the stroke of 1pm she took off her coat, then continued to give me the bill, all annoyed. I left at 1.02pm but she took off her gown at 1pm sharp!!! Embarrassing.
