I showed up at their place, since the Carnielli pharmacy was closed, with a red prescription from the police station. of San Paolo who had prescribed me a cardiological drug: the "chief pharmacist" refused to give it to me because the doctor's signature could not be read well! But the even more absurd thing was that after inventing a surname that had nothing to do with the prescription, the pharmacist handed me the medicine. Just want to complicate things??
Slow and scarce After 20 minutes of queuing, even though there were only 3 people, they handed me a urine container with a broken cap. Obviously by the time I noticed it was too late and I had to wrap it in cling film. Heartfelt thanks for this fantastic experience.
Always friendly and open until midnight (for security reasons you cannot enter but there is a counter that opens onto the pavement).
THIEVES I ordered some blood sugar test strips and they charged me €128 upon collection without notifying me of this amount. I would have paid €40 maximum for the exact same strips on Amazon or in any other pharmacy. A robbery! The pharmacy manager didn't want to help me in any way
Yesterday, on September 7, 2023, around 7.50 pm, I went to the pharmacy to find out if I could test for a fever and buy a thermometer. I was surprised by the rude way in which the Moro pharmacist with the black glasses who was supposed to serve me responded to me. This pharmacist responded to me in a very angry and annoyed tone. He looked at me as if I were an idiot and told me “we don't get a fever here”. Without even saying good morning and good evening. If I wanted to buy the thermometer, it made me not want to give even just one euro to the pharmacy. This type of staff drives away customers and turnover. I think this guy I met yesterday (at the leftmost station upon entering the pharmacy) is not suited to working with the public.
