Farmacia Comunale N.1

I made an appointment for a Covid swab this morning, I was extremely urgent to have the results for an operation to be done tomorrow. At the appointed time the pharmacist was not seen arriving even though the pharmacy was half empty. We waited more than 10 minutes in the cold (2.5°C). After a couple of prompts we see the pharmacist arrive. After a quarter of an hour the result arrives: weakly positive (my doctor says that the term "weakly" does not exist, either you are positive or you are not). The pharmacist was convinced that I was running out of positivity. I explain to her that this outcome seems very strange to me as I already had Covid a month ago and I don't have any symptoms. Furthermore, I have an operation tomorrow which I will miss if I test positive. But nothing, for them I am positive and amen. Conclusion, I run home and take another swab with a negative result, I run to the hospital to take a molecular swab and it is negative. Luckily my intervention will take place. Experience to forget!

INSANE swab management. It's absolutely useless to have a reservation because then to pay you have to queue with those who didn't have one. Result: an hour and a half of queuing in the cold when the weather is good. Today after two hours of queuing I left without registering it and I can't go to work.
