Unfortunately for this service I am forced to give the minimum possible. Due to a typing error by the employee/manager, yesterday, my partner, a patient at the Besta institute with very serious neurological problems, found himself paying the sum of €92 and despite telephone requests from his neurologist and the confirmation that the error was made by the facility and not by the doctor in filling out the prescriptions, the pharmacist was rude and did not solve the problem she caused. I hope that the staff wants to improve not only their attention in carrying out their duties, but also their approach to the customer who, in my opinion, given the delicate exercise in which they work, lacks empathy and kindness.

Excellent location is always provided but if you pay with pagobancomat and have cashback be careful because apparently either the POS doesn't work or they aren't able to use it because of the last 3 transactions I made with the ATM not even one went through in cashback.....

Very kind and professional, helpful and patient. Too bad sometimes the wait is a little long, but it probably depends on the customer. Well stocked as a pharmacy

Very kind and professional! I went for a change of GP and I solved everything quickly and easily! The pharmacy is also equipped with everything and more! It will be really difficult not to find what you are looking for! Recommended!!!!
