Farmacia Comunale N.1

Not very reliable! I check my wife's green pass (sickness and vaccine) and they say the document is not valid. Checked shortly before in another location without problems. They hadn't updated the control app!!! My son took a swab test yesterday and was told he was negative. Today comes communication that is positive. We take a quick swab at home with a negative result, we go to another pharmacy and the result is negative. We go back to them to communicate what happened and the answer is: I don't know what to say, go to your doctor. Not very professional, I don't recommend it.

This morning 20/02 I was in this pharmacy and I asked a girl with black hair who was on the balcony about a medicine for my husband and she replied that it seemed like I had a tape in my mouth without any desire and it's not the first time. I don't know what makes these people work in a pharmacy, if you don't want to work, stay at home, no one goes to a pharmacy to have fun

Made to leave in a bad way at 1.29pm because it was closing and the operation I had to do (buy a medicine with a prescription - operation carried out in another pharmacy: time taken 1 minute....) would have wasted the pharmacist's time. If you don't want to work, leave the job to someone else. To be avoided.

Thanks to the heat of August or the public holiday, I was in this pharmacy for the first time and I don't think I will return. The person who served me at the counter didn't want to serve and was annoyed at even the slightest question. Sin!

In the desperation of the completely closed mid-August period I find this only pharmacy open in all of Cusano Milanino. There was a bit of confusion and I had to queue for a while but I give 5 stars both for the patience and the willpower to stay open while everyone else is on holiday.
