overlooked. Not this time. I was shocked by such rudeness and insensitivity, even more so in a place where medicines are sold for those who are ill and not just cosmetic products. As far as I'm concerned, I will never set foot in such a place again, as have many of my acquaintances who have confirmed the rudeness and terrible behavior of the staff

Negative experience I was very disappointed with my last visit to this pharmacy. I brought a prescription for a drug, but the staff insisted that the prescription had already been used, even though it was still valid. I received no understanding or support from the staff, and the situation was handled in a rude and unprofessional manner. I was very dissatisfied with the customer service and lack of communication. I expected to be treated with more respect and consideration.

What does it mean to laugh if I show up to you with €50? I had to take medicine which costs €3 so....? Gone, hateful rude pharmacist. Unfortunately I don't know her name, too bad I would have gladly said it. Change job!!!!!!!!!!

Service leaves a lot to be desired… I went to collect a medicine that had been ordered for me, the prescription showed two packs, after only having one arrive, upon my request to check the prescription and after a long search this was not found. I obviously returned home with only one package instead of two complete with "IF we find the recipe we'll give you the other one too, come by tomorrow". This is already the second time this has happened, you will have one less customer.
