Extreme rudeness in admitting an error by one of your pharmacists, who gave me an equivalent drug without communicating it to me and in conflict with what was expressly stated on the medical prescription. After notifying me of the error by telephone, I am asked to go to the pharmacy to have the medicine replaced. Once on site, a third pharmacist tries to deny me the possibility of replacement but, faced with my obstinacy in stating their mistake, abruptly, alluding to the fact that I was lying, withdraws the untouched package and hands me the correct one. Rude, rude and pedantic.

Home swabs tested positive. Two of my family members tested negative in this pharmacy. Swab in another pharmacy with the same people tested positive. I think that if many positives test negative, the Covid swab is not performed well here

Historic municipal pharmacy in a very convenient position to reach by car due to the presence of the adjacent car park, it is not very accessible due to the steps.
