I bought an antibiotic gel for ophthalmological use in this pharmacy on the advice of a specialist, which I applied once I returned home. Only later did I realize that the drug had expired 4 months ago. I returned to the pharmacy pointing out that it cannot happen that a drug of this type, due to its physical form and type of use, is sold expired. The pharmacist not only did not apologize in the slightest, on the contrary, in an arrogant and rude manner she replied to me that she cannot control all the expiry dates of the medicines and that it is normal for it to happen. He slammed the new box of medication on the counter and yelled goodbye several times as he walked away. Not recommended. I won't go back.

I asked for a syrup for my daughter and they gave me something homeopathic (without telling me). Obviously discovered once I got home, when the pharmacy was closed. Waste of time and I have nothing to do with my daughter. Asked a coughing syrup for my daughter, and they gave me an homeophatic thing (without specifying). Discovered it back home, when out of opening time. Waste of time

They have always recommended me... and during the Covid period they were also really available via WhatsApp.
