Friendly, helpful and professionally trained doctors.
If the Italian language does not deceive me, "pharmacy on duty", means that it should be open while the others are closed. I go today to buy some generic drugs, therefore not subject to prescription, and I find the pharmacy closed, with a sign bearing the words "call only for urgent drugs with prescriptions countersigned by the doctor bla bla bla". Perhaps in these parts "pharmacy on duty" takes on a different, relative meaning. Maybe he's on duty in the metaverse, not in physical reality, that of real, tangible needs. Or perhaps I simply don't know what the rules are that allow the - correct Italian - "pharmacy on duty" to keep its shutters down when it's on duty. I'll find out more. Meanwhile, I, a disabled person with an ileostomy, will be left without a generic medicine that I needed today.
