It's a shame that you scam people, especially the elderly and frail people, I asked several times if a prescription was needed for the particular drug, I was told no, instead paying for it at €2, €11, €14 more, then finding out from other people pharmacies that served the prescription and only cost €2 for the ticket which are also exempt, it is illegal and a scam for the state to sell drugs without a prescription with a surcharge, at least 6 times you stole my money by making me pay more, out of pure hatred and violence towards those who are sick and healthcare because you are also dependent, as well as in front of me several times elderly people were offended, mistreated and insulted when arriving to make them cry with denunciatory insults. If I have to go to the pharmacy and film and record everything it is truly a shame, as demonstrated by the dozens of complaints without a response and a position taken since it is a municipal pharmacy 😡😡 and one would also have to waste time sending you a non-repayable email, put the number to talk to and report, not that one because otherwise you would spend 10 hours a day listening to complaints, instead this way you chase away the sick, not just customers, because you always have a queue anyway 😡😡
I won't set foot there again and I'm glad I'm not the only one who left this comment. Rudeness, little understanding of needs and requests. There's no need to make fun of people, respond with giggles and defiance like "Let's see what he says and get it out of the way." I prefer to walk 1 hour with fever and pneumonia to a more distant but polite and kind pharmacy, rather than this one. Happy to have seen and "bothered" you for the last time in my life. Learn to be kind.
I am a doctor, a regular customer of the pharmacy. The doctors (and the doctor) are kind and very knowledgeable. If we add to this the fact that the pharmacy is open on Sundays etc... well, I would say that there is nothing to complain about. Compliments.
This is my go-to pharmacy. And I would never change it. Courteous, kind, professional: I would say that there is no need to add anything else. To those who complain about the slowness of the service, I would like to say that the customer often asks for advice and explanations that take time. That is the plus that makes me prefer this pharmacy to others where the relationship is "prescription, drug, ticket". A vending machine would be enough for that. On the complained of rudeness of some "girls" (who are young, yes, but pharmacists, that is, doctors in pharmacy, not the girls at the bar counter, with all due respect to bartenders and the like) it may be that there is a greater or lesser predisposition to the relationship with the customer, but never rudeness, based on my experience. Perhaps the customer could also say hello, I won't say smile, but hello before starting to ask for the medicine. And if the customer is so sick, as I read in a comment, that he can't wait his turn, he could also ask the other users in the queue, "Can you let me pass? I'm sick." I certainly wouldn't refuse.
Pharmacy with staff very attentive to customer needs They advise with attention and competence Pharmacists are also endowed with a strong sense of humanity They treat my elderly mother like a child Really good!! Joseph
