Farmacia Comunale N.2 Civita Castellana

My review refers to the "F1 Farmacia Comunale in Via Petrarca" (Although on Street I see it on Via Marinetti parallel to this one) as shown on the receipt and not visible on GM. Passing through Civita Castellana, with two prescriptions and a post-surgical one paid in full, I ask showing a repeatable medicine for the stomach that I need occasionally and if necessary. I didn't know that it had an expiry date and even in times of Covid with the doctor over 500 km away (from where I live now) it was denied to me. Everything is legal, but the way really goes beyond all ethics and professionalism; Recipe thrown on the counter by the (I presume) young lady with an answer in Roman dialect "If you make it again, it's expired 6 months ago" with the same kindness with which I asked I point out to her that I still need it and with an ironic smile without ever looking at me the same adds: "Many things can change in six months...". Not a good morning, nor a thank you, nor a goodbye other than those spoken by me. That morning the young lady probably had serious problems which I hope she can resolve as best as possible, otherwise if this is her attitude I hope there are other pharmacies in Civita Castellana. I hope so especially for those who live there. Place to avoid.

Extremely ignorant pharmacist, you have a degree but you don't know how to be in the world, useless people to be avoided, not suited to the work they do

Extremely rude and careless for a request for medicines, despite having suitable medical documentation. Personal, in my opinion, not suitable for the public.
