today at precisely 12.58 they closed the door in my face....... given the closing time which should be 1.00pm (maybe they'd better put the clock back on!!!) and thank goodness it's a PHARMACY!! !!! Shame!!!!! I hope that in a time of need they do it for YOU

Very bad. For a regular customer like me or for a new one who reads as their presentation "the customer is essential" the treatment they gave me this morning was completely the opposite. I called at 8.45 to book a swab test asking what time they were operational, the person on the phone exclaimed to me in harsh and harsh tones "we're opening now but that doesn't mean you can come whenever you want". To which I remember that there are other places where I can do it and where I will go from now on. I am a girl in the sixth month of pregnancy who needed that swab and I found myself forced to travel extra kilometres.
